Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery costs £4.99. Delivery is free on orders of £70 or more.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched from a UK warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same working day. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays and public holidays.

Tracking and problems

You will receive an email when your order is on its way. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us through our contact form and we will investigate with the courier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
