You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements, protein powders or drinks unless they are faulty.
How to return: email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will confirm the return address. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
